First and foremost...Arthur Coleman is a riot. He is a very talented photographer based in Palm Springs, CA who needed a very simple and small portfolio site to give him a web presence while encouraging people to visit his SmugMug stock photography gallery. A CSS based effect was used on his portfolio page to make the thumbnails really pop when you roll over them. The site is very minimalistic and the focus was really meant to divert attention to Arthur's work and not an overzealous website design.
