For the ACT:LIVE site, I wanted a dark and simple design that would provide a familiar feel for our users. James had already been using a similar teal and black color scheme, so I built off of that with usability as the main focus. So far our users love it, so I can't complain. This is also my first journey into using Wordpress as a CMS and so far I love the results. It's very flexible and has a short learning curve for the site's admin team.
ACT:LIVE is currently one of my passion projects along with James Niche and Michael Hanlon. I designed and maintain the site, and also post content here and there. It will forever been a work in progress, so feel free to check us out for the most updated look and layout :)
